Adjustable Finished Product Fineness

The separator uses a DC motor drive; changing the speed allows for adjustments to meet different product fineness requirements. The specific surface area of ​​the cement clinker mixture reaches ~350 m³/kg, and it enters the classifier for grading with the airflow. The fineness of the classification is adjustable according to the type of cement and specific requirements.

Minimal dust, and clean operating environment.

The grinding roller and grinding disc do not contact directly during operation, there is no metal impact, and the noise is 20-25 decibels lower than that of the ball mill. The system adopts fully sealed negative pressure operation, with no dust and a clean production environment.

Working Principle

Material falls into the center of the grinding disc through the feed pipe. The constantly rotating disc, aided by centrifugal force, evenly disperses and flattens the raw material, forming a material bed of a certain thickness. Simultaneously, the material is crushed by multiple grinding rollers on the disc. Driven continuously by centrifugal force, the material moves towards the outer edge of the grinding disc. When the material leaving the disc encounters air entering the mill through the air ring, it rises and enters the separator through the central shell of the mill. The classifier controls the finished particle size at the roller mill outlet. Particles larger than the specified size are separated and fall back to the grinding disc, while material meeting the fineness requirements enters the cement finished product silo through the classifier.
