Process Flow

• Step 1

  Raw Material Metering and Conveying System

  The raw material conveying system is designed as a ground warehouse feeding system, with a quantitative feeding belt at the lower end of the ground warehouse for quantitative feeding. The material is lifted by a bucket and fed into a locked air feeder, where it is then fed into the mill.

• Step 2

  Grinding System

  A vertical roller mill for cement clinker grinding operates under negative pressure, with integrated lubrication and hydraulic stations. Ground material is separated by a dynamic selector and collected via a pulse bag filter. The system uses a high-voltage VFD fan for adjustable output and reduced energy consumption, ensuring high efficiency and operational flexibility.

• Step 3

  Return System

  Vertical mills discharge over-ground or dense materials externally onto a conveyor. An iron remover extracts metal for manual handling, while the remaining material is returned to the mill via a bucket elevator and air-lock valve for regrinding.

• Step 4

  Hot Air System

  The closed-loop system uses kiln tail flue gas (800-900°C), mixed with cold and recirculated air, to generate 250-350°C drying gas for the mill. This design reduces exhaust volume and enables heat recovery, with automatic airflow control via valves and dampers.

• Step 5

  Finished Product Storage and Transportation System

  The finished products collected by the pulse pulse dust collector are collected by a screw conveyor and transported to the corresponding finished product silo by a bucket elevator.
